  If you visit my blog, you probably already know that a good sketch is my favorite challenge!  The current (and sadly final) challenge at Create A Smile really inspired me. I've really enjoyed the inspiration that the design team provides each month on the Create A Smile challenge blog .  I love their cute images and punny sentiments!   My card panel began with a Gelli Print from my stash.  The pig images from Create A Smile Pig Out set were colored with Copic markers, fussy cut and adhered with dimension foam tape.  A very old birthday sentiment from Memory Box was stamped onto Stampin' Up! Granny Apple Green card stock and adhered.  The card is finished simply with a green twine bow.   I'm joining the current moodboard challenge at Create A Smile.  I love the summery feel of the colors!  My summer card features a lemonade freebie digital image from Create A Smile. The digital image was printed onto X-press It card stock and colored with alcohol markers then fussy cut.  Stickles were lightly applied to the starfruit.  The image was layered onto papers from Jo-Ann Stores Ms. Sparkle & co.  I finished with a digital sentiment from my stash.   I'm joining the current mood board challenge at Create A Smile.  My project features the Create A Smile Cool Cuts Summer Florals die set. I started by inking the Create A Smile Spring Garden stencil onto blue card stock.  The panel was trimmed to 4 square, the dies were arranged and a sentiment from Hero Arts added.  I finished the card with a few gems from Stampin' Up!   I really had fun creating this colorful monster card for the sketch challenge at Create A Smile .   I started by sponging Create A Smile Splotch Stencil with Hero Arts reactive inks - Creamsicle, Taffy and Lemon Drop. I LOVE this stencil!   The cute monster image is a Create A Smile freebie that you can find HERE .  It was colored with alcohol markers, fussy cut and adhered to the base panel with a wobble spring.  I couldn't resist adding the googly eyes for fun!  A couple of star gems from my stash finish the card.   I was so excited to be selected as a featured artist at Create a Smile for my February sketch challenge card!  You can see that card posted HERE . Even more exciting was their invitation to be a Guest Designer for the current sketch challenge! My slimline version of the sketch features the adorable Crazy Chick clear set.  The images were stamped then clear embossed, colored with Copic Markers and fussy cut.  Papers are from my stash of October Afternoon paper kits. A few enamel dots and sentiment using my "old school" label maker finish the card.   There is a fun inspiration moodboard over at Create A Smile this month.  I chose to use the colors and bird image for my inspiration. My project features a freebie digital image from Create A Smile called Bird with Coffee.  I love the bold lines and fun design of this coffee image.  Digital images are so fun and versatile!  I printed the coffee cup at 3.5 x 5 inches then fussy cut and mounted it only a small note card.  The cup cozy and heart were paper pieced.  I colored the cup, lid and bird with Copic Markers.  Of course, I had to add a little pom pom to the cute hat!   I'm sneaking in a last minute entry with the current Create A Smile challenge.  I always love sketch challenges and this one was really fun to work with! I used Salty Ocean distress in with the Create A Smile Spring Garden stencil on the base panel.  I love how the tone-on-tone stenciling turned out!  The adorable yellow chick is from Create A Smile Crazy Chick clear set .  The chick and balloon images were both stamped, embossed, colored with Copic markers then fussy cut. A piece of washi tape and sentiment from MFT PI- All Occasion Sentiments set finish the card. It's been awhile since I've played along with Create A Smile.  Their sketch challenge really caught my eye.  Sketches are my Favorite!  So, I pulled out their adorable Moose image. The design panel was created with alcohol ink and plastic wrap on my Gelli Plate.  I fussy cut the moose and colored with Copic Markers.  A splatter stamp from DRS was applied to the card base with Adirondack Espresso ink.  A few wooden stars finish the card.   I'm joining the current sketch challenge at Create A Smile .  I chose to make a mini slim card and chose to flip the sketch vertically to fit.  I received the cute mini pig image as a freebie with an order from Create A Smile. The pig image was stamped multiple times on 1 inch square water color paper.  I then colored with Tombow markers and layered onto gray cardstock and designer paper from Pebbles, Inc.   I came across this adorable Create A Smile stamp company a few months ago and couldn't resist this adorable Crazy Chick set!  The expressions on these chicks are so Fun!   Create A Smile is sponsoring a fun mood board challenge this time.  I took my inspiration from the colors and woodgrain photo.  I LOVE the delicate Summer Florals Cool Cuts.  I cut each flower in red and black then layered for dimension.   Happy New Year's Eve!  I hope everyone has a very creative 2022! I'm playing along with the current challenge at Create A Smile.  I was inspired by the colors and yummy brown bow featured on the moodboard. My card features an adorable freebie from Create A Smile that you can find here .  I LOVE this image and you may see another card soon using the fun coffee cup!   The lid and cozy were paper  pieced.  The sweet bird was colored with Copic Markers.  I had the doily die cut in my stash which was colored using my Gelli plate.   Sharing a mini slimline design using the current Create A Smile sketch challenge . My card features a sweet freebie pig image that arrived with a recent order. Papers are from Pebbles, Inc. and sentiment is an old Memory Box clear set.

  I'm sharing a fun holiday gift tag for the current moodboard challenge at Create A Smile . I started my project with a kraft tag and randomly stamped a snowflake image.  I followed by splashing white acrylic paint with a toothbrush for a fun snowy effect. The adorable moose from CAS Nanu set was colored with Prismacolor pencils and fussy cut.  I finished with a few felt snowflakes and paper strips from Basic Grey's Jovial paper pad.   I'm joining the current Create A Smile Challenge using colors from their moodboard.  My card features a CAS freebie digital image called Birdy. The image was colored with Copic Markers, fussy cut and adhered with a mini wobbler.  I used Gelli print scraps for the base panel.  The oval frame was also in my scrap pile.  It's so fun for me when a card comes together so quickly and using items in my scrap bin.   I'm joining the current challenge at Create A Smile with a fun birthday card.  My card features the adorable Nanu clear stamp set and Splotch stencil from Create A Smile. The adorable moose image was stamped onto water color paper and colored with Tombow markers.  Several Hero Art inks were used with the stencil.  The panel was layered onto Stampin' Up! Pacific Point cardstock and an SU scallop border punch finished the edge.  The birthday sentiment is from Gerda Steiner.
