I very recently became a follower of Your Next Stamp AND I'm hooked! (pun intended) This fun fishing set has been on my wish list and I finally got it last week. It's perfect for the current sketch challenge and I needed a birthday card for my FIL who is an avid fisherman. Win, Win!! I started by stamping the fisherman from Keepin' It Reel on Copic Marker 70 lb Paper. He was stamped again on masking paper, cut out and placed over the original image. The sky was then sponged with Danube Blue Memento ink using a scallop die cut. Then Pear Tart was sponged for the grass. The image was colored with Copic Markers and I paper pieced the vest with papers from Pink Paislee Outfitters paper pad. The scene was layered onto designer paper from the same pad.
