Sassy Cheryl #106 - Wearin' of the Green

This week Peggy has challenged us to use green with our Sassy Cheryl digital image. I needed to put together a Birthday card for my Mom and this was the perfect challenge to get me started!

This photo is my mom with her first grandbaby.
My mom is also a crafter and currently enjoys knitting. She makes all kinds of beautiful knitted creations including baby afgans for both of her grandbabies! So, what better image to use than "Little Knitter"! If you knit or have someone in your family who does you better jump over to Cheryl's digital store and pick up this image. It's currently on sale for only $2!

This sweet image was colored with Copic Markers. The designer paper is from Echo Park For the Record. Stampin' Up! Poppy Parade and Garden Green card stock were used. The beautiful gingham ribbon is from Gina K Designs. I finished the base card with a machine stitched edge. The digital sentiment is a freebie from Sentiments 4 You and you can pick it up HERE.

Thanks for stopping by! This was a really fun card to put together.
