i {heart} card sketches with a tWist #119

I hope everyone is having a great weekend!

This week From the Heart Stamps
has provided a fun sketch with a
challenging twist!
Spotlighting

My card features a newer image from FTHS

It's been a long time since I have tried the spotlighting
technique.  But the effect is really fun.

As always, thanks for stopping by for a closer look!
