Art Impressions Challenge #132 - Getting Girly

I hope everyone is having a fabulous weekend!

I'm popping in with a fun card for this week's

I went with one of the Girlfriends sets
"Pedal Pushers" for my girly image.
Don't they look like they're having fun?

The card fold is called "Bendi fold" and I've been seeing
a few around on blog land lately.  I thought this image
would be perfect and tried to give the impression
of riding  through a field of flowers.
Of course, these things always look better in my mind!!

The image was colored with Copic Markers and Prismacolor pencils.
It was fussy cut and adhered with pop dots for dimension.
I used two different emboss folders for the grass and ground.
The Memory Box Spring border die was used for the flower border.

Here is a photo looking down onto the card so that you can
better see the dimension and flaps.

Thanks for stopping by!  I am also entering this card into
Simon Says Monday Challenge:  Anything Goes

I know what you mean about cards looking better in your mind, but I think this is a pretty good looking card - love that image, and the way you have made the 'bendy' card is such fun.
