Paper Smooches Sparks Challenge

It's time again for another Paper Smooches Sparks Challenge! Kim picked out a really fun inspiration photo from Pinterest again. I focused on the polka dots and colors for my card. I used "Perpetual Bliss" for this little card. The designer paper is from Echo Park For the Record paper stack. The rest of the cardstock is Stampin' Up!

Thanks for stopping by! I really enjoy reading your comments.
