Penny Black Saturday Challenge: February Anything Goes w/Optional Love is in the Air

 


This month is all about Love, Hugs, Hearts and Friendship!  I'm joining PBSC with a sweet mousey couple from Penny Black's transparent set Hugs! #30-020.

The image was colored with Copic Markers.  I created a heart stencil using using a Recollections cutting plate.  The hearts were sponged with Memento Red Rose ink.

A couple of small sentiments and rhinestones finish the card.
