Di's Digi Design Challenge - Emboss It

I'm joining the current embossing challenge at Di's Digi Challenge Blog. I colored the adorable Sweet Moments digital image with Copic Markers. It's very subtle, but the base panel was dry embossed with a heart folder. The Anniversary sentiment was wet embossed in white.

The image was layered onto designer papers from Pebbles Inc Garden Party paper pad. A button and ladybug were added from my stash to finish the card.

Mojo Monday #500 and Craftin' Desert Divas June

I'm stopping in tonight with a quick post for the current Mojo Monday Sketch challenge and Craftin' Desert Divas June Moodboard. My card features the adorable pre-colored digital image from Craftin' Desert Divas called Joyful Day . If you haven't heard, this will be the final challenge for the Mojo Monday sketch . :( It is sad, but yet I completely understand that Julee needs to devote more time to her sweet family which includes twin boys. Floral Birthday

While cleaning my craft room yesterday I came across a few panels in my stash that were colored. This features a digital stamp from a company who is no longer in business - Craftin Desert Divas. It is always sad when a craft company goes out of business. But I still enjoy using their great products! This image was colored with Copic Markers and die cut. The designer paper was also in my stash. A few pearls and digital sentiment complete the card. Unity Tuesday Blog Hop & {be Inspired} Challenge

The fabulously talented Unity Stamp Company Design Team has invited all of us to join their weekly blog hop !! It's a fun "excuse" to pull out my newest Unity stamp set and PLAY! Going to be OWL - Right I have never been a big fan of owls... They've always reminded me of the olive green, mushrooms and owls popular in the 70's. (sorry if that reveals my generation) BUT, when I saw this little owl with the sad face and big eyes I melted and into my Unity cart it went!! I stamped this sweet image with Versafine Tuxedo black ink on water color paper then embossed with clear powder. I then watercolored the image with Tim Holtz distress reinkers. A little machine stitching and Basic Grey Candy Buttons finish the card.
