Sassy Cheryl Show Me #125

Happy Monday!  I haven't been in the craft room much over the past couple of weeks.  We have family visiting and we've gotten out with them to see the sights of Alaska.  We have had beautiful weather for our day trips.

I wanted to share a few more pictures with my friends over on the Sassy Cheryl Show Me blog.  If you have a chance to play along you might win a free Sassy Cheryl digital image.

DH walking on Byron Glacier

River run off from Byron Glacier

My double peony which bloomed this weekend
The first two photos were from our trip to Byron Glacier last Monday.  We drove about 45 minutes south of Anchorage.  We hiked about a mile back along the river to the glacier.  It was a beautiful day!

Thanks for stopping by for a closer look!  Don't forget to grab your camera and take a photo of what is going on in your area of the world this week.

What a stunning 'back yard' you have!! Your Peony is amazing - I have only ever managed to grow one and it flowered the year we had to leave that house, and then I left it behind :-(

Wow Cynthia, the glacier shots are totally amazing and make me really want to visit Alaska. It's hard to comprehend that peony existing 45 minutes away from the glaciers. Thanks for posting these and letting me visit Alaska vicariously.
