I have combined the image with a perfect sentiment from Create With TLC. This could be either a masculine or feminine birthday card.
I hope you are inspired and get a chance to play along. The challenge is open until November 19 with a random winner receiving a $10 gift certificate to the CYDI? shop.

Thanks for playing along in the Sassy Cheryl's SMThursday fun this week.
