Create With TLC Blog Hop

Good morning!  The time we've all been waiting for has finally arrived!  It's time for another Create With TLC Blog Hop! Here's my creation using this sweet vintage image:

The image was colored with bleach to achieve the tone-on-tone effect.  You can find a great tutorial on the "Bleached out image" technique HERE on Splitcoast Stampers.  The sentiment is also from Create with TLC and you can find it HERE.
