HMFMC #413 Anything Goes Option Use a Stencil

 

I'm joining the current House-Mouse & Friends Monday Challenge with the Option to use a stencil.  My card features House-Mouse Designs Bursting with Excitement (2003 Stampabilities).

The image was stamped onto Hero Arts Water Color paper.  It was water colored and die cut with a wonky stitched die.  Both the image panel and card base were stenciled with Memento Blue Danube ink.  Stampin' Up! Bakers Twine and birthday sentiment from Colorado Craft Company finish the card.
